Rose and Phil are the heart of McDaniel Yacht Basin. Their passion for boating and commitment to customer service have shaped the marina into one of the most reliable and friendly in the region. They believe in hands-on ownership and personal service that’s hard to find elsewhere.

With decades of experience in boating and customer service, Rose and Phil are deeply involved in daily operations. Whether it’s coordinating service requests, greeting boaters, or helping launch and haul-out boats, they take pride in building long-term relationships with every customer who docks with them.

Tina Boyd

 – Office Manager

Tina is the friendly face behind the desk and the voice behind the phone. She keeps everything running smoothly, schedules appointments, manages dock rentals, and ensures every customer gets the attention they deserve.

Dave Moxey

– Service Manager & Lead Mechanic

With decades of experience in marine repair, Dave oversees all service operations at the marina. From Yamaha and Mercury to diesel engines, Dave ensures every boat gets back on the water safely and efficiently.
